For more than 20 years, I've built a career around understanding people, leadership, personal style, confidence, and human connection. As a senior executive in the luxury hospitality industry, I've led teams, mentored professionals, developed leaders, and helped people discover strengths they didn't realize they had. I studied fashion and textiles for six years and built a career that ultimately led me to become Senior Vice President of Design for a luxury hospitality uniform manufacturer. Throughout my career, I've coached sales professionals, mentored emerging leaders, managed teams, and helped people navigate both professional and personal challenges.
My journey has taken me around the world. Having traveled to more than 50 countries and grown up in Dubai, I've been fortunate to experience different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living. Those experiences taught me that regardless of where we come from, most people are searching for the same things: purpose, confidence, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Outside of work, I'm an adventurer at heart. Whether it's traveling, exploring the outdoors, or taking on new challenges, I've always believed growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones.
I'm also a mother, and one of the things I'm most proud of is maintaining friendships that began when I was five years old. Those lifelong relationships have reinforced my belief that success means very little if you don't have meaningful connections and people you can count on.
Today, I help men build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve communication, develop personal style, create better work-life balance, and gain clarity about where they want to go next in life.
My coaching isn't based on theory alone. It's built on decades of real-world experience, leadership, relationships, personal growth, successes, setbacks, and lessons learned along the way.
What inspired me to start this business was the fact that I already do this for all my friends and colleagues. I offer one-on-one coaching only — virtual sessions with the option for in-person meetings when appropriate.

What inspired me to start The Better Man Project was the fact that I already do this for all my friends and colleagues. Coaching isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about unlocking potential that's already there.
This is not therapy or counseling. This is strategic, action-oriented mentorship for men who are ready to do the work — with the added benefit of a female perspective.
